Terms of Service

By placing an order with Galipat Media, you agree to the terms below.

1. Payment

Pay in full, 50% down payment, or after completion. Queue priority follows payment order: full payment first, then DP, then pay-after.

2. Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions during the build phase, scoped to the original brief.

3. Ownership

Upon full payment, all source code and design files transfer fully to the client.

4. Support

Every launch includes 30 days of bug-fix support. Ongoing maintenance is available as a paid add-on.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations after work has begun may be billed pro-rata for progress completed.

6. Refund Policy

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, the down payment is refunded in full within 7 business days, minus any payment gateway fees already incurred. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on progress completed and delivered assets. No refunds are issued after a project has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
